245 ‘Selling Days’ left in 2016 for South Africa’s sales teams

Time is THE most important personal resource sales folks have at their disposal.

If you are not mindful of using your time to your advantage, it can have serious consequences. The bottom line is that if you don’t manage your time effectively, it will show up in your sales results (and your commission cheques).

This is the price we all pay for fiddling around unnecessarily with paperwork, not qualifying opportunities properly, wasting time on unconfirmed appointments, not having a quality meeting with the right decision maker – the list of sales activities related to effective time management is extensive. You simply MUST manage your time very tightly if you intend reaching or exceeding your sales targets every month.

The calendar shows South African public holidays plus the actual number of working days in each month. Make it your own by adding your company logo and highlighting personal holiday plans etc, then print it out and keep it with you as you go about your business. It’s a great reminder of just how few days we all have to reach or surpass our sales targets.
